By accessing this website or participating in the Molly Degen Punks NFT mint, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
2. The Collection
Molly Degen Punks is a generative art collection of 111 unique NFTs on the Solana blockchain, created by artist Molly Yllom. Each token represents ownership of a unique digital artwork. Purchasing an NFT grants you ownership of that token on the blockchain and a personal, non-commercial license to display the associated artwork.
3. Intellectual Property
All artwork, visuals, branding, and creative assets associated with Molly Degen Punks remain the intellectual property of Molly Yllom. Owning an NFT does not transfer copyright or trademark rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from the artist.
4. Mint and Transactions
All purchases are final. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, mints cannot be reversed or refunded. You are responsible for ensuring your wallet is compatible and that you have sufficient funds, including network fees. We are not responsible for failed transactions due to network congestion or wallet issues.
5. No Financial Advice
Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. NFTs are digital collectibles and their value may fluctuate. You participate in the mint at your own risk and should conduct your own research before making any purchase.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Molly Yllom and her representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in the mint.
