1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or participating in any Mollyverse NFT collection, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
2. The Platform
Mollyverse is a platform for NFT collections on Solana, created and curated by artist Molly Yllom. Collections include Molly Degen Punks, Pixeled Flexies Vol. 1 and Vol. 2, and Thingies Monsters, with more to come. Each token represents ownership of a unique digital artwork. Purchasing an NFT grants you ownership of that token on the blockchain and a personal, non-commercial license to display the associated artwork.
3. Intellectual Property
All artwork, visuals, branding, and creative assets associated with Mollyverse and its collections remain the intellectual property of Molly Yllom. Owning an NFT does not transfer copyright or trademark rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from the artist.
4. Mint and Transactions
All purchases are final. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, mints cannot be reversed or refunded. You are responsible for ensuring your wallet is compatible and that you have sufficient funds, including network fees. We are not responsible for failed transactions due to network congestion or wallet issues.
5. Royalties
Secondary sales of Mollyverse NFTs are subject to creator royalties as defined per collection. These royalties support ongoing development of the Mollyverse platform and future collections. Current rate across all collections is 5% (Molly Degen Punks, Pixeled Flexies Vol. 1, Pixeled Flexies Vol. 2, and Thingies Monsters).
6. No Financial Advice
Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. NFTs are digital collectibles and their value may fluctuate. You participate at your own risk and should conduct your own research before making any purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Molly Yllom, Aerosol, and their representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in any mint.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
